"Two-Seven-Two" Coffee

Specialty Grade: Conventional-This lot's preparation is Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS), the highest cup category in the Brazilian coffee grading. This region of Brazil uses a unique "Natural" processing method of letting the ripe coffee cherries partially dry on the coffee bush before harvesting which imparts more flavor into the coffee beans. 

Aroma and flavor notes of Cola, Roasted Nuts, Chocolate, with a mild Pie Cherry brightness in a medium-bodied cup with a nice smooth finish.

The Long Trail follows the same path as the Appalachian Trail from the Massachusetts border to the halfway point just a bit north of the Inn on Long Trail, Rutland, Vermont, where the A.T. and LT split. The AT heads NE to the White Mountains and the LT continues due north to the Canadian border with Vermont.
