Origin Blend: South American Arabica and Indonesian Robusta

Specialty Grade: Conventional

Roast: Dark

Aroma and Flavor: notes of Rich Dark Roast Coffee, Dark Chocolate, a Complex mix of Baker's Spice, and a Semi-Sweet Cocoa finish. My special blend of dark-roasted coffees that are specifically designed for making Italian-style espresso coffee.

If you choose to have your coffee pre-ground it will be ground to an espresso grind level that will work in most home espresso machines. If you are using a Prosumer or Commercial grade machine we highly recommend grinding this coffee yourself to the fineness level you desire.

Trail Facts: The name "Hiker Midnight" is a bit of a pun on my part. The average bedtime for most Thru-Hikers on the Appalachian Trail is 8 pm, aka "Hiker Midnight".
