"3,000 Miler" Coffee

Single Origin: Ethiopian Guji, Natural

Process: Sun Dried on raised beds before washing, imparts fruitiness to the coffee bean. 

Specialty Grade: Conventional

Roast: Light

Dry Aroma: Freshly ground-dry aroma of blueberries.
Aroma and Flavor Notes: a floral hint of jasmine and spice with dark berries through-out the cup and mild cocoa nibs. Medium to light body and brightness with a clean light roast finish.

Trail Fact: My "3000 Miler" coffee represents the Continental Divide hiking trail, aka the CDT. Hikers who complete this journey are known as "3000 Milers".  The Continental Divide Trail is one of the Big Three that makes up the title of the Triple Crown-AT, CDT, and PCT.
