Process: The monsoon coffee process—famous for producing Monsoon Malabar—is a unique, post-harvest aging method originating from the southwestern coast of India. It exposes dry-processed, green coffee beans to moisture-laden monsoon winds for 12 to 16 weeks. This creates a coffee with virtually no acidity, a heavy body, and robust, earthy flavors.

Crafted for the long haul, this deeply developed dark roast delivers bold character without compromise. Dark chocolate and freshly baked rye bread notes meld with subtle earth tones, while a full, velvety body creates a rich mouthfeel that carries through to a long, satisfying finish. This is a very good cup of smooth, dark, bittersweet coffee reminiscent of the Pacific Northwest.
